These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aabhaveda.com and any order you place on it. Please read them before using the site or buying from us. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
“You” means the person using the site or placing the order. We sell direct to consumers; these Terms are not intended for wholesale or resale purchases. For distribution enquiries, use our distributor page.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order. We deliver within India only.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently, to abuse promotions, or in breach of these Terms.
Our products are Ayurvedic and cosmetic personal-care preparations for external use. We describe them as accurately as we can, but:
All products are made in India. Availability is not guaranteed and stock is sold on a first-come basis.
A tax invoice is issued with your order in accordance with applicable law.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The order confirmation we email you acknowledges receipt; it does not by itself mean we have accepted. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods, and covers only the items actually dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if:
If we cancel an accepted order, we refund you in full and tell you why. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us, even after an acknowledgement has been sent.
You may cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, our Return & Refund Policy applies — in summary, you have 7 days from delivery to return unopened items, and items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong are replaced or refunded in full if reported within 48 hours. That policy forms part of these Terms.
Delivery times quoted on the site are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out charges, timelines, failed deliveries and tracking, and forms part of these Terms.
You are responsible for reviews, ratings, photographs and comments you submit. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or that makes a medical claim about our products. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing. We may edit for length or clarity, or remove content, at our discretion.

The Aabhaveda name and logo, and all text, images, design and other content on this site, are owned by or licensed to Aabhaveda Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
The site links to and relies on third-party services, including our payment gateway, logistics partners and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or performance of third-party websites. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated below, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for a defective product under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or content you post that infringes someone else’s rights.
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, floods, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, courier network failures, power or internet outages, or cyber-attacks.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer’s right to approach a consumer forum where they reside or work, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
