Charges, timelines, tracking and what happens if a delivery is missed.
Delivery is ₹50 on orders below ₹500, and free on orders of ₹500 or more.
If you choose Cash on Delivery, a handling fee of ₹50 applies in addition to any delivery charge. Paying by UPI, card, net banking or wallet avoids that fee entirely.
Every charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden costs.
We usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of your order being confirmed. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date you order. Weather, festivals and local restrictions can add a little time. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed the next business day.
Not at the moment. We currently deliver across India only.
You can check whether we reach your PIN code at checkout before making any payment.
As soon as your parcel leaves us we send a tracking number by email, and by SMS or WhatsApp if you gave us your number.
You can also track it any time on our order tracking page using your order number and the phone number you placed the order with, or from My Account → Orders if you have an account.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement after dispatch. If nothing has updated for more than 3 business days, contact us and we will chase the courier for you.
Couriers normally make up to three delivery attempts. To avoid a missed delivery, please give a complete address with a landmark and a phone number you can be reached on — incomplete addresses are the single most common cause of failed delivery.
If the parcel comes back to us after all attempts, we refund the value of the items once it reaches us. The delivery charge and any Cash on Delivery handling fee are not refunded where the delivery failed for reasons at your end.
How you can pay, whether it is safe, and what is included in the price.
You can pay by UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking or wallet through our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is also available on eligible orders and PIN codes, with a ₹50 handling fee.
Yes. The whole site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and payments are captured directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway on their own secure systems.
Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and net-banking credentials never reach our servers and are never stored by us. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference.
Yes. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. No additional tax is added at checkout.
The only charges added to your item total are the delivery charge and, if you choose it, the Cash on Delivery handling fee — both shown before you pay. A tax invoice is issued with your order.
This usually means the payment was authorised but not captured, and your bank will reverse it automatically — typically within 5 to 7 business days.
If no order confirmation reached you, no order was created and nothing is owed. Please write to support@aabhaveda.com with the date, amount and transaction reference and we will check it against our gateway records and help you follow it up.
Placing, changing and cancelling orders, plus returns, refunds and exchanges.
No. You can check out as a guest using just your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
Creating an account is optional, but it lets you track orders, reorder quickly and save addresses for next time.
You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, including the delivery charge and any Cash on Delivery handling fee. Email support@aabhaveda.com or call +91 75064 39430 with your order number as soon as you can.
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery, or follow the return process after it arrives.
To change an item or address, contact us straight away — if the order has not yet been packed we will usually be able to help.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unopened and unused, with the seal intact and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot take back products that have been opened, used or had their seal broken, unless they are faulty. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise the claim with the courier in time. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including any delivery charge.
Send photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label and the affected product to support@aabhaveda.com. If you can, film yourself opening the parcel — an unedited unboxing video makes a damage or missing-item claim much quicker to settle.
If the parcel already looks torn, wet or resealed when the courier hands it over, it is best to refuse the delivery and tell us the same day.
We inspect returned items within 2 business days of receiving them and approve the refund straight away if all is well.
The exact date the money appears depends on your bank. If it has been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund, contact us with your order number and we will trace it.
Yes, where an item arrived damaged, defective or wrongly sent — we will exchange it for the same product, subject to stock, and refund you instead if the replacement is unavailable.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. In that case please return the unopened item within 7 days and place a fresh order.
Using our Ayurvedic formulations safely, and what to expect from them.
Our formulations are Ayurvedic and cosmetic preparations built around herbal extracts, plant oils and other botanical ingredients, made in India.
The complete ingredient list is printed on every pack and shown on each product page. Formulations are occasionally updated, so if you are checking for a specific ingredient, the label on the product you receive is the authoritative source.
Yes, we recommend it for every new product. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours before wider use.
If you notice redness, itching, burning or swelling, stop using the product and rinse the area. Herbal and botanical ingredients are natural, but they can still cause a reaction in people who are sensitive to them.
Please consult your doctor or a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner first. The same applies if you are breastfeeding, have a diagnosed skin or scalp condition, have broken or highly sensitive skin, or are taking prescribed medication.
Our products are personal-care preparations, not medicines, and nothing on our website is medical advice. Please read our Disclaimer before use.
It varies from person to person. Ayurvedic preparations tend to work gradually, and skin type, hair type, age, climate, diet, how consistently you use the product and your overall health all affect the outcome.
Use the product as directed on the pack and give it a fair, uninterrupted run. We cannot promise a particular result within a particular time, and we would rather say so than overstate what a product can do.
Keep them tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, and out of the reach of children.
Always check the manufacturing and expiry dates printed on the pack, and follow any storage instruction shown on the label. Natural ingredients can vary slightly in colour, texture and aroma from batch to batch — this is normal and does not mean the product has spoiled.
Yes, unless the label on a specific product expressly says otherwise. Avoid contact with the eyes and inner ears, and do not swallow.
If you experience a serious reaction, stop using the product, seek medical attention, and please also tell us at support@aabhaveda.com so we can record it.
If your question is not answered here, our team is happy to help.
