Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

PRICING

●     The prices for all products listed on our website are fixed and not subject to any changes.

●     The prices shown on the website are inclusive of shipping charges.

●     Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

●     If your total purchase is more than INR 299, then a shipping fee will be waived.

●     Expect 5 to 7 working days delivery for our products to reach you (applicable for India).

●     Once the bill has been generated, you will be notified of the courier service details for your package.

RETURNS

●     Products are only eligible for a return if you have received a damaged product from us.

●     Customers need to send us proof of the damage (unboxing video with no edits or cuts), and we will immediately replace the damaged product.

●     In case you receive a damaged product, you must notify us immediately. The product should be in unused condition to be eligible for a return.

●     Any product that exceeds 15 days since your receipt of the order will not be acceptable for returns.

REFUNDS

●     Once we receive your returned product, it shall go through a standard checking process.

●     After the damage has been seen and confirmed, we will send an email to notify you that your return has been accepted.

●     We will replace your damaged product within the next 7–10 working days.
